Pale salmon/orange in color.  There is a nice mousse with lots of medium and small bubbles.  On the nose there are strawberries, cherries and oranges.  Not too pronounced but persistent.  On the palate, the cherries carry thru along with some orange peel (bitter in a good way).  There is a lot of acidity on this wine.  That is a great thing for working with food and waking up the palate.  Of course, palate's vary as well.  An very long finish that really lasts.  This is not a big wine.  There is persistent fruit but it won't overwhelm food and in fact, it works great with a wide variety of

Silvery gold in color.  The nose has slight baked bread and slight citrus.  A nice head of lots of tiny bubbles.  On the palate, this is all about minerality and smoothness.  There is some citrus.  Great length on the finish.  This is incredibly versatile with food although hearty meats might be pushing it.  Great on its own as well.  Seems like this is a step up from the 2004.

Deep salmon Pink in color.  There is a nice mousse with lots of tiny bubbles.  The nose has seltzer, and strawberries.  Reminiscent of the Faygo Red Pop of my youth.  Nice.  On the palate, there is a bit of depth and complexity.  Dry.  Nice acidity.  Good finish.  Would go with practically any food.  This drinks quite well now but should develop some maturity and drink well for a while.  Aged Champagnes are not to everyone's taste but I think this should easily last for a decade.  delicious and more traditional Rose.

Apparently some version of this have a bit more sweetness than others.  This bottle had a hint of sweetness but not overt or cloying.  It was absolutely delicious.  Served to a group on a warm summer evening, it was a star.  Salmon pink in color.  There is a nice mousse with a lot of tiny bubbles.  The nose has nice strawberry fruit along with a bit of burnt orange peel in the background.  On the palate, citrus comes out first followed by nice strawberries.  There is a nice depth and complexity here.  Just that hint of sweetness which combined with the acidity is very refreshing.  Nice fini

Apparently, this bottling was done for the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Championship.  This was not in the locker room, but part of the same bottling that was.  Go Cavs!  Orange pink in color.  There is a nice mousse with a lot of tiny bubbles.  On the nose there are a lot of cherries and oranges.  Very strong and interesting.  On the palate this is sweet.  Oranges.  The finish is oddly enough almost dry.  This wine's sweetness proved a bit divisive, but was quite enjoyable for me.  It has a nice depth and the acidity works with sweetness and this is very food friendly.

Note:  Back label is pictured for this review.  This wine has reviewed many times but it been a few months.  Light golden in color.  The nose is big and bold and excellent.  Slight oxidation with clean and vibrant baked bread.  Much more vibrant than some prior bottles.  Also some slight ginger and a bit of apples.  On the palate, this is explosive.  Great balance.  Slight apples with a nice minerality.  Served at just cooler than room temp which was perfect (maybe 62F).  Complex and deep.  Food friendly.  If well stored bottles of this are still on the shelf, it is worth finding them and b

It is amazing how much wine Moet can make and be so amazingly consistent.  Of course, Dom Perignon, is at the top of their heap.  Light gold with slight silver in color.  A steady stream of tiny bubbles form a nice mousse.  The nose is nice with slight toast and a sort of lemon/tangerine quality that is really nice.  Very clean.  On the palate, that lemon/tangerine quality continues with a nice dose of carbonation.  Incredibly smooth and easy yet with depth and also precision.  Long finish.  Probably not the greatest ever vintage of DP but still excellent.  Drinking quite well at the moment

Light golden in color.  The nose is nice with minerals, baked bread, slight chalk and red apples.  On the palate, this is refreshing.  Good acidity.  Not much fruit but nice minerality and chalk.  Good depth.  It drinks easy.  Worked with a wide variety of foods.  Retail is around $40 which is fair value.
