This is a 60/40 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Oregon.  This is left to age on its lees for 10 or so years.  It was disgorged in June, 2021.  Golden in color with a nice mousse, clear and bright.  The nose has caramel, slight ginger, slight cherries, and a touch of lemons.  Good acidity.  On the palate, the lemon is more obvious with a slight minerality and a yeasty/strawberry note.  Good depth.  Long finish.  A delightful sparkling wine that will work with most foods.  It should go nicely with baked Salmon.  Drink over the next eight to twelve years.

An interesting take on Chardonnay.  More relaxed and easy in style than a powerhouse or an elegant wine.  Yellow/silver/gold in color, clear and bright.  The nose has some yellow grapefruit and a bit of minerality.  Medium bodied.  Good balance.  On the palate, grapefruit with a very slight flavor of vanilla.  Nice finish.  This is drinking well now and should go another five to eight years.  It is lovely on its own and would work well with Sushi or other seafoods.

This is Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley.  Medium ruby in color with some purple hues.  Mostly clear and bright.  The nose has sour cherries with some cherries and a bit of black raspberries.  Medium to full bodied.  Light tannins.  Good acidity.  On the palate, juicy cherries with some black raspberry flavors.  Some underlying earthiness and char.  Good finish.  This drinks nicely on its own but better with food.  I guess the classic pairing for this would be Salmon on a Cedar Plank.  Drink over the next seven to ten years. A nice value in Pinot Noir.

This Oregon sparkling wine is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.  Light golden in color with a nice mousse of lot of tiny  bubbles.  The nose is nice with peaches, slight soda water, a bit of minerality and some citrus.  Medium bodied.  Crisp acidity.  On the palate, this is lively with apples and peaches.  Clean finish.  Very nice on its own, this would work with many foods.  A nice choice with Baked Salmon.  Drink over the next few years.
