Left Coast produced their first wine in 2004, and since then has consistently made very good Pinot Noir out of Oregon, but has also worked diligently towards sustainability. This blend of their estate Pinot Noir plots offers mild red fruits, nice acidity, and the harmonious blend will allow this wine to accompany a diversity of foods from game to fish to pasta dishes. Left Coast admirably demonstrates that good Pinot Noir does not need to cost a lot of money, therefore the quality to price ratio is excellent. You’ll find subtle pomegranate, raspberry, black cherry, earthy wildflowers, huckleberry and a slight resin note. It shuns the bright strawberry-compote flavors of California Pinot Noir, and does what Oregon does best - providing an earthy quality with a dose of minerality. ORIGIN: Willamette Valley, Oregon. ALCOHOL: 13.4%
