Made with organic grapes.  Purple/ruby in color, mostly  opaque and bright.  The nose is nice with cassis, dust and char.  Nice texture.  Medium to full bodied.  Medium tannins.  On the palate, cassis, slight black olive with a bit of char.  Good balance.  Slight bitter cherry note on the finish.  The drinks nicely and easily on its own and will work well with foods (not seafood) off the grill.  Drink over the next five to eight years.  Another excellent value.

This is their base Cabernet.  It is purple in color, opaque and bright.  The nose is great with cassis, graphite, slight saw dust, vanilla and spice.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  Good acidity.  Concentrated.  On the palate, intense cassis, leather, earth, spice and char.  Long finish.  This is young but drinking very well but will improve.  Drink over the next ten to fifteen years.  Great on its own, this would be classic with a steak.

Purple in color with a rubby rim, opaque and bright.  The nose has cassis, slight black cherry, a bit of new leather, earth and spice.  Full bodied.  Full tannins.  Good balance.  On the palate, this is not a monster cab but there is plenty of fruit.  Flavors of cassis and black cherries with spice and char.  This has depth and should age well.  Good finish.  Drink over the next ten to fifteen years.  It is very nice on its own but probably a bit better with food.  It would be a nice pairing with a roasted brisket.
