This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa. It is named after the Titan god who bore the weight of the world on his shoulders. This is a very structured (and delicious) Cab that will benefit from some cellaring. Purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose has cassis, slight graphite, leather, thyme and spice. Full bodied. Firm tannins. Nice energy. On the palate, this is young but excellent. Loads of cassis, black cherries and minerality. Some underlying earthiness and char. Long finish. This is beautiful now but will no doubt get better with three to five years in the cellar. It is great on its own and will work with big foods. This is a BIG wine. it would work well with Pepper Steak. drink over the next twenty years.
