Light golden in color. The nose is nice with slight honey/pineapple and some wet rocks. On the palate, this is sweet but just a hint. Viscous. Slight complexity. Not the acidity i might expect from a 2001. Still, a very nice wine overall.

Just about what I wanted though. Great acidity. Long finish. Its light on its feet yet intense. Lovely wine that has some upside.
Light gold/copper in color. The nose has a metallic tin note to it (not unpleasant) and some limes. Interesting for a Riesling, it made me wonder if there is some Gruner blended in. On the palate, this is crisp. There is a perception of sweetness but really a dry(ish) wine. Minerals with some lemon. Good acidity. Nice finish. Food friendly.

The 2015 is awesome but it is shutting down as I write this in 2018. Time to let even the basic wines sleep or give them some air. This is light golden in color. The nose has wet rocks and a slight pineapple note. It gives the perception that it will be sweet but it is dry. Great minerality. Long finish. This is under $20 and a great value. Screw capped as well.
Medium/dark golden in color. Very pretty. The nose has nice minerality, slight petrol, and a hint of dried lemon. Medium bodied. Slightly sweet on the palate. Flavors of lemon, minerals and slight wet rock. Nice finish. This is drinking just find but showing its age. Certainly not over the hill, however. It has a nice complexity and depth at this point. Worked well with cheeses and breads.
This is young and tight. Light golden in color. The nose is nice with peach and minerals. On the palate, this is rich. Not quite the acid I might like but plenty of delicious fruit and enough acidity. Good finish. It will be interesting to see how well this ages out. I would think it improves from here, but would drink it in the first 10 - 12 years of life.

Wow. For some reason, the JJ Prum 2015 wines have not shut down. This one is amazing. It will get better as well and probably has 50 years of great drinking ahead. One of the truly great wines out there and when one factors in price, there are not many better values. This was from a 375ml bottle. Light golden in color. The nose is clean with minerals, wet rocks and slight peach and grapefruit. On the palate, this is sweet, not cloying. Great acidity. More about minerals but some stone fruit. Deep and contemplating. Long finish. Spectacular.
Wow. This bottle is probably still on the retail shelves for under $25. It is amazing. Everyone at the table was oohing and ahhing over it.
