Tasted at the winery.  This had been recently bottled and the bottle had no label.  It is 100% Nebbiolo.  Pale pink with slight orange hues, clear and bright.  The nose is nice with watermelons and slight strawberries.  Very clean.  Nice texture.  Tart acidity.  Medium bodied.  On the palate, there is persistent fruit and acidity.  Flavors of slight cherries and strawberries with even slighter wild Thyme.  A long finish that has some red apple notes.  Overall a very nice Rose that would make a nice lunch wine or an aperitif.  Drink over the next few years.
