Domaine Bousquet is a nice source for great values and the wines are made from organic grapes. This is a sparkling blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from Argentina. Pink/orange in color, clear and bright. A nice bead of smaller bubbles. On the nose, aromas of cherries and apples with a touch of blood oranges. Medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, red apples with some chalkiness/minerality. Long finish. This is a tasty sparkling wine that should drink well for five years. It is nice on its own and very food friendly, it went great with Mexican Street Corn.

This is a sparkling wine made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It utilized the Charmat method (trapping the bubbles in steel tanks) to make a lovely yet inexpensive sparkling wine. Salmon pink in color with a steady stream of small bubbles. The nose is nice with strawberries, rhubarb and slight cherries. Full bodied with good acidity. An amazing value in sparkling wine! This is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and25% Chardonnay certified organic grapes from Argentina. The Charmat method allows for the fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture the carbonation. Salmon pin/orange in color, clear and bright. Lots of smaller bubbles. The nose is very nice with strawberries, yeast (at the proofing stage), and minerals. On the palate, this is crisp with light tannins. Notes of fuji apples, strawberries and minerality. This is a sparkling wine made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from Argentina. The grapes used are grown organically at an altitude of 4,000 feet. It has a pretty salmon pink/orange color with a nice mousse of many smaller bubbles. The nose is very nice with strawberries and cranberries and a slight ginger note. This is another quality value from this Argentinian producer. Made from a blend of organic grapes, it is 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. The Charmat method is utilized meaning that the bubbles are trapped in stainless steel tanks versus in the bottle. While that does not have the tradition or "romance" of the Methode Champenois, to does allow for high quality wines at much more reasonable pricing. And, this bottle is proof. Made from organic grapes. 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. Pale, silvery gold in color. A nice mousse of tiny bubbles, clear and bright. The nose is nice with lanolin, lemons and slight chalky note. On the palate, this is frothy with good acidity. Sweet/tart with green apple flavors. Very tasty. Nice minerality. Long finish. This is drinking quite well. Drink over the next few years. Very food friendly, this will work with just about any food you care to have it with. It was also great with popcorn! Great Value!
