2024 Brugnano Grillo Sicilia Lunario, Italy, Sicily, Wine Review

Another outstanding white wine from Sicily.    Light golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is great with lemons, tangerines and slight apricots.  It keeps on getting better.  Medium bodied.  Good acidity.  On the palate, this is delicious.  Tangy tangerine, crisp white peach and slight ash.  Long finish that has a lemon candy note.  A perfect wine to sip outside on a nice day.  This is drinking well now and should continue to do so for another three to five years.  It is great on its own and will work well with many foods such as fried chicken or a plate of pasta with a cream sauce.  And, of course, seafood.
