A very enjoyable Oregon Pinot Noir.  Purple/Ruby in color, mostly opaque and bright.  The nose has cherries, black cherries, slight plums, black tea and spice.  Full bodied.  Medium tannins.  Nice plush texture.  Good balance.  On the palate, this is tasty with flavors of black cherries, slight blueberries, cherries with underlying forest floor and spice.  Good finish.  This drinks easy but there is some depth here.  No doubt complexity emerges as it ages.  Drink it on its own and it should work nicely with most foods.  Baked Salmon should be a nice pairing.  Drink over the next eight to twelve years.
