This is interesting.  This bottle was purchased at the winery by a friend who served it to me blind.  It is indeed a white Pinot Noir.  I am assuming it was crushed and immediately fermented off the skins.  Pale gold in color, clear and bright.  The nose has peaches, slight honey, ginger and some minerality.  Light to medium bodied.  Slightly viscous.  Moderate acidity.  On the palate, this is off-dry (slightly sweet).  Flavors of peach with some ginger.  Good finish.  This is nice on its own and would work nicely with lighter foods.  An assortment of soft cheeses would work well.  Drink over the next three to five years.
