Kutch is one of my favorite producers of Chardonnay.  This one is their base (not single vineyard) Chardonnay and it is fantastic.  Light to medium gold in color, clear and bright.  The nose is great.  Aromas of pineapple, slight lemon curd and vanilla along with a hint of spice.  Full bodied.  Light tannins.  Great balance.  On the palate, this is delicious.  Not the most robust wine but enough to carry the fruit and provide crisp wine at the same time.  Flavors of lemon, pineapple and spice.  Long finish.  This is great on its own and will work well with many foods.  This would be nice with a Glazed Ham for the  Holidays.
