This is the base Napa Cabernet from Myriad.  It is a pretty classic Napa Cab that brings up the question, why all the single vineyard wines when sometimes a blend might be a bit better/more interesting.  This one is a blend from multiple vineyards.  Inky purple in color, opaque and bright.  The nose is great with cassis, cedar, plum, spice, slight cigar box and char.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  Great balance.  On the palate, this is young but delicious.  Complex and deep.  Flavors of cassis, plums, black cherries, spice and underlying earthiness.  Long finish.  This should still improve but no harm drinking now.  Drink over the next ten to fifteen years.  It is very nice on its own and will work well with big "meaty" foods.  A nice choice with Flank Steak.
