This is drinking great at pop and pour though it seems like it will do five more years easily and probably ten. Light gold in color, clear and bright. The nose has some grapefruit with a very slight vanilla. Very clean. On the palate this has ripe grapefruit, minerals, slightly chalky, with slight green apples. This is a clean and lean Chardonnay. It has very little oak showing and does not seem like it saw much if any malo fermentation. A real crowd pleaser. As for food pairings, this will work with a wide variety of dishes but better with lighter and medium weight fare. Well done.
