This is a non-alcoholic Sake made in Arkansas which says a lot about the times we live in (in a good way). Light silvery/green/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose has pears, slight apricot and slight almonds. Medium bodied. On the palate, this is sweet. Not cloying or sugary, but more like a german Kabinett to use a wine term. It has enough acidity to counter the sweetness and this works nicely if one gives it a chance. Good finish. This drinks easy and will work well with many foods. Charred or Roasted root vegetables or peppers (or burgers with those included) would work nicely. Drink over the next years.
