
This is made in Nigori style which means it is cloudy as the rice sediment is not fully filtered out. Very interesting (and good). Consumed chilled. Its cloudy white in color, mostly opaque and bright. The nose has cucumbers, limes and slight guava. Medium bodied. Slightly viscous texture. Moderate acidity. On the palate, this is smooth and easy to drink. The cucumber and guava comes thru. It is better with food. Sushi would be obvious, but this worked nicely with Buffalo Tofu (Tofu made like Buffalo Wings) that had a slight kick to them. It was cooling and enticing. Drink over the next couple of years. 750ml bottle.
