Love Myriad Cabs, but I am drinking them earlier than planned.  Oh well, they still  show well.  Purple in color with slight ruby hues, opaque and bright.  The nose is deep with cassis, plums, slight dark chocolate, leather, a bit of dust and char.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  Great balance.  This took about an hour to start to open and then was singing.  On the palate, flavors of cassis, leather, dark chocolate, spice and char.  Complex.  Long finish.  Delicious.  This is not yet at peak but still quite good.  A three hour decant would work nicely for now.  Great on its own, it would work well with big food such as Prime Rib.  Ideally, hold for another five years and drink for twenty after that.
