And, another great wine and great value from Vajra! Ruby in color, clear and bright. The nose is earthy, dusty with cherries and slight rose petals. On the nose, there is a bit of volatile acidity but it serves to raise the aromatics and quickly falls into the background. Nice texture. Nice acidity. "Bright" tannins. On the palate, this is fresh and accessible. Already drinking well with flavors of cherries and slight balsamic notes. Long finish. This is delicious on its own and should work well with most foods (not most seafoods). It would be a nice with with vegetable Lasagna. Drink over the next seven to ten years.
