This is the top white wine from this house who makes both classified reds and whites.  It is a blend of 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon.  Gold/silver/green in color, clear and bright.  The nose has limes, pineapples and slight peach.  Veronique Bonnie, the co-owner of the Chateau mentioned Citrus and this has plenty.  Medium bodied.  Crisp acidity.  Wispy tannins.  On the palate, limes, slight green apples, and peach.  Long, clean finish.  This wine is deep and complex yet also refreshing.  It is very food freindly and went well with pasta but could stand up to fried chicken and of course sea food.  It seems like this could go anothe twenty years but is drinking great right now.
