From Magnum.  This is 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon.  Light golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is very nice with lemons, peaches and a "creamy" scent quality that was very interesting.  Full bodied.  Crisp acidity.  Nice creamy texture (not the quality on the nose).  Very smooth wine, no hard edges or corners.  Lots of depth.  On the palate, flavors of lemon, slight peach and minerality/gravel.  Long finish.  This is drinking beautifully right now and should go another ten years.  it is great on its own but would be better with food.  It would go great with sauteed Scampi.
