Green gold in color. The nose has nice minerality with slight lemons. On the palate, the lemons carry thru along with a slight bitterness. Good acidity. Nice finish. This retails for $23. It will works nicely with sea food and salads. Should be drunk in the next few years.

This is a nice easy going French Chardonnay (listed on the label). Light golden in color, clear and bright. The nose has pears and apples with a slight note of almonds. Light bodied. Crisp and clean. On the palate, green apples with a slight minerality. Nice balance. Good finish. This is refreshing and should be popular among fans of all styles of Chardonnay. This should be consumed over the next couple of years. It drinks well on its own and will work well with salads and seafoods.
This is drinking quite well. At a time when Burgundy prices are soaring and the "best" producers are unaffordable, Chablis still offers the ability to get a great wine. The question is how long will this continue. Light green/silver with a slight gold in color. The nose is pretty classic with crushed shells, chalk and green apples. This was the surprise of the Chablis tasting. My first time trying this winery. It was my #2 WOTN and the group's #1. Yellow/gold in color. The nose has a nice flinty quality along with green apples. On the palate, this has a slightly oily texture. Great acidity. Tart apple fruit over a chalky base. Also a bit of lemons. Long finish. This should drink well for a decade more. It will go great with sea food or lighter salads. Certainly a winery that I need to explore further.
This is the basic Domaine bottling (they also make one that doesn't list Domaine that is a negociant blend). Fevre is about the best producer of affordable Chablis. Light golden in color with some green. The nose has lemons, slight green apples and a hint of chalk. Medium bodied.
