We visited the Paulo Scavino winery in Italy to taste thru some of their wines and take a tour of the cellar. Much thanks to Mattia for leading us through and answering all of our questions. The wines were all great and especially the Barolos. It was a beautiful winery with a long established history and a true leader in the regions.
