It is very pale Salmon Pink in color with a nice mousse of smaller bubbles. The nose has strawberries with a touch of lanolin and slight almond notes. Medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, a touch of sour cherries with some strawberries. A bit of a bitter almond bite on the finish. This is nice on its own but really needs to food to bring out its best. It worked well with Hummus but fried appetizers (Buffalo Wings?) would be good. Drink over the next year or two.
