Light golden in color, clear and bright with a steady stream of small bubbles. Very nice nose with some citrus (tangerine?), a hint of ginger, plenty of toast and slight CO2. Full bodied. On the palate, plenty of minerals with slight tangerine. Lots of depth. Long finish. This drinks very well and is very food friendly. It is should probably be consumed within three to five years of purchase.

Always a great wine, this luxury cuvee is one of the great wines of Champagne. A real treat to drink. Gold green in color with a lot of tiny bobbles. The nose is big and excellent with chalk, slight brioche, a bit of lemon cream, and slightly nutty. On the palate, this is a big wine but still very young. Great acidity. It is amazing how much wine Moet can make and be so amazingly consistent. Of course, Dom Perignon, is at the top of their heap. Light gold with slight silver in color.
