2018 version. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. It is composed of the following vintages: 50% 2015, 25% 2014, 25% 2013, with10% Pinot Noir still
wine from 2015. Pale salmon pink in color. The nose is nice with strawberries and slight oranges. Very clean. On the palate, this is delicious. A tart acidity which is very nice and works well. Cherries with slight orange notes. Long finish. This will work with almost any food. It is always tricky judging how long these will last, but certainly five years and likely ten although by then the energy may be much more restrained. I would certainly recommend drinking in the next year or two and buying more.
