2024 Pasqua 11 Minutes Odi et Amo Rosé, Italy, Trevenezie IGT, Wine Review

This Rosé is from Northern Italy.  It is a blend of Corvina 50%, Trebbiano 25%, Syrah 15%, and Carmenère 10%.  It comes in a very attractive squat shaped, clear bottle.  Salmon/orange in color, clear and bright.  The nose has strawberries, cherries, peaches along with a touch of minerality.  Medium bodied.  Great texture.  On the palate, there is a light touch of sweetness along with flavors of peach and cherries.  Good finish.  This has enough going on to stand up to serious food but it is also easy to drink.  It is very nice on its own and will work with most foods.  A nice choice for a Baked Salmon dish.  Drink over the next couple of years.  Outstanding value!
