2023 Château Minuty Côtes de Provence Rosé et Or, France, Wine Review

This is a very impressive Rose.  it is on the elegant side but has enough structure and depth to be taken seriously.  It is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Cinsault, and 5% Tibouren.  Light salmon/orange in color, clear and bright.   The nose is nice with peaches, strawberries and  slight minerality.  Nice, slightly creamy texture.  Enough acidity to hold up to food.  On the palate, this drinks well.  Flavors of peach, raspberries and strawberries.  Good finish.  This drinks well on its own and will work with most foods.  It would be great with a chilled Pasta Salad.  Drink over the next year or two.
