2023 Château Minuty Côtes de Provence Cuvée Prestige Rosé, France, Wine Review

This is from one of  the top producers of Rosé in Provence.  It is a blend of Grenache 70%, Syrah 15%, Rolle 10%, and Cinsault 5%.  Pale orange with slight amber notes, clear and bright.  The nose is great with cherries, slight cherry juice, cranberries and slight salinity.  Medium bodied.  Semi-plush texture.  Good acidity.  On the palate, this is refreshing and interesting.  Flavors of cherries, slight cranberries and a bit of strawberries.  Good finish.  Sipping this at the end of a hot day just puts one in a good frame of mind.  This is very food friendly and would work with almost any food.  it went great with a black bean burger.  Drink over the next year or two.  Very nice value.
