This is 100% Chardonnay from various Vineyards in the Willamette valley in Oregon. Golden in color, clear and bright. The nose has a lot going on. Lemons, slight red apples, toasty oak, spice and char. Full bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, flavors of lemons toasty oak and spice. Long finish. For those adverse to oak, this might be pushing it but for those neutral or who like that style, this should be right up their alley. It is still youthful but really drinking well now. Drink over the next seven to ten years. This would be classic with Crab or Lobster. Well priced for a wine of this quality.
