This is sourced from various terraced vineyards and younger vines. Screw capped. Green/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is expressive. Tangerine peel, peaches with a slight minerality. Medium bodied. Lively acidity. On the palate, green apples, lemons, and minerals. Lots of energy. This is fresh and easy to drink but has some depth, too. It is refreshing on its own but will work with goat chees and roasted beet salad. Drink over the next four to six years.

This is made from some of the younger vines they own. Golden in color with some bubbles. It appears to be trapped CO2 and nothing worse that gave the wine a bit of a frizzante quality. On the palate, slight limes, nice minerality, and a bit of herbs (sage?). On the palate, this has a nice vibrancy. Some spritz. Lemon-lime notes, slight ripe/sweet quality, with underlying minerality. A bit of tannins on the finish. An interesting wine that should drink well over the next five to eight years. It will work well with lighter foods though pork might be a nice choice to go with the sage

This is yet unreleased but is a spectacular wine. The sample bottle served at the winery was decanted to allow the sulfur to blow off bit. This is a ripe but not over ripe wine that seems fully developed with just a hint of sharp corners at this point. Light golden in color with a touch of green hues. The nose is beautiful with a floral (maybe Edelweiss but probably more like Acacia) nose along with a touch of lemon verbena. Light tannins. Good but balanced acidity. Tasted at the winery as part of a vertical of 18, 19 & 20. Much bigger, riper and more depth than the 2020 (at least at this stage). Hay/Gold in color, clear and bright. Wow, what a gorgeous nose. Classic. Floral (white flowers?), slight asparagus, and white pepper and a hint of spice. Medium bodied. Slightly oily texture. On the palate, lemon zest and lemon candy. Good acidity. This wine took a while to really open. The group I tasted with liked it more than I but its best days are probably still ahead. Light medium gold in color. The nose has a fair amount of sulfur. With air, some tangerine emerges and with more air, some white floral notes. On the palate, this is soft. It gets better with food. Slightly tart granny smith apple notes. Nice finish. This probably needs a few years to develop and should be good for a decade or more after that. If drinking now, decant. It retails for $77 so cellaring is a nice option to get the full value of the wine.

Consumed at the winery as part of a vertical of this wine from 18, 19, & 20. Hay/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice with lemons, spice and lemon verbena. Medium bodied. Nice texture but a bit more disjointed than the 2019. An hour in a decanter would benefit this wine. On the palate, lemon candy and spice. A bit of heat on the finish which again, is probably solved with a decant. Still, an outstanding wine in its own right. Nice on its own and better with foods. Pasta primavera would be excellent. Drink over the next seven to ten years.
