Drink as part of a vertical 18, 19 & 20 at the winery. Green/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice. Floral with slight pear and hints of anise. More elegant in style with a slight velvety texture. On the palate, lemons with a bit of salinity turning more green apple on the finish. This seems to be open and drinking well now. Good acidity. Drink over the next seven to ten years. This would work well with roasted Brussels Sprouts.
