Wow. One of the best white wines I can remember. Not sure why but it seemed a step above a bottle consumed about a month ago. This is a blend of 33% Chardonnay, 27% Viognier, 24% Gelber Muskateller, 12% Roussanne, and 4% Petit Manseng. Light to medium golden in color, clear and bright. The nose is complex with peach, lemon creme, slight "white floral notes", slight wax, char, slight baked bread and spice. It keeps evolving. Full bodied. Oily texture. Light tannins. So sharp edges but great balance. On the palate, this is layered, complex and delicious. Flavors of peach, lemon, slight orange peel, almonds, and slight char. Long finish. This is so easy to drink yet every sip worth savoring. It is great on its own and will work with many foods (don't over power the wine though). It would be great with pasta in a butter (and mushroom) sauce. It won't get better but should easily go another ten to fifteen years.
