Purchased at the winery just north of Trento, Italy.  This is organic and biodynamic.  Manzoni Bianco is a cross between Riesling and Pinot Gris.  At the winery we tried the 2024 version so it was nice to see how this ages.  The wine is aged for seven months in Acacia Barrels.  Medium golden in color, clear and bright.  Much deeper gold than the 2024.  The nose is different but quite nice with burnt orange peel, slight honey, minerals and bitter almond notes.  Medium bodied.  Well balanced.  It took about 30 minutes to really open and then drank very well.  On the palate, flavors of peach, orange peel and lots of minerality.  Good acidity.  Nice on its own but better with food.  It worked with with a Pear & Lettuce Salad and also a Spicy Vegan Pasta dish.  Not sure on how much more age this can take but a few more years for sure.
