I tried this about six months ago, and this has really opened up nicely since then.  It is drinking great now.  A proprietary blend made from Chardonnay, Roussanne, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Muscat, and Vermentino from California.   It is a delicious wine that was (and is sure to be) a crowd pleaser.  Medium golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is very nice.  Is starts with a  nice minerality with marzipan and wax.  Then there is a jolt of lemons followed by lemon rind.  There is a touch of vanilla.  It has a nice, oily texture.  Full bodied.  There is a lot of citrus fruit (lemons mostly) with underlying minerality.  No noticeable alcohol on this occasion.  It has a slight bitter (in a good way) note on the finish.  This drinks great on its own and will be a popular white  on the deck or patio for summer sipping.  It will also work with heartier sea food or fowl.  Grilled salmon would work well.  Drink over the next three or four years.
