This is a blend of 48% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre from the west side of Paso Robles. Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose is deep with black raspberries, roasted meats, roasted herbs, black pepper and earthiness. Full bodied. Medium tannins. Juicy acidity. On the palate, this is delicious. Deep. flavors of black raspberries, slight blueberries, char, slight dark chocolate and earthiness. Long finish. This is delicious on its own and will work with bigger foods. It will work well with Koren BBQ. Drink over the next ten to twenty years.

Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. This is a blend of 43% Grenache, 43% Syrah and 14% Mataro. It comes in at 15.6% abv, but it is not noticeable on the wine. Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. There is a bit of volatile acidity on the nose but it was not bothersome. Lots of black cherry fruit with black raspberries and white pepper. Strong acidity. On the palate, black cherries, and some black raspberries. Complex and deep. Long finish. This is drinking well now and should continue for another ten to fifteen years. This is a blend of 51% Syrah, 31% Grenache, and 18% Mourvedre from Paso Robles. Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose is lovely with black raspberries, black pepper, roasted meats and herbs. Full bodied. Plush but silky texture. Medium tannins. On the palate, this is delicious. This is a blend of 46% Syrah, 33% Grenache, and 21% Mourvedre from Paso Robles. Inky purple, opaque and bright. The nose is nice with black raspberries, roasted meats, black pepper and floral notes. Full bodied. On the palate, this has a great texture. Velvety with precision. Flavors of black raspberries with underlying roasted meats and some black pepper. Very lively. Good acidity. Long finish. A delicious wine that just about mature. It should drink well for another ten to fifteen years. A nice match with a burger or roasted veggies off the grill.

This is a blend of 50% Syrah, 34% Grenache, 16% Mourvedre checking in at 15.7% ABV. Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose is great with black raspberries, plums, black pepper, slight roasted herbs and meats and a bit of violets. Full bodied. Great lush texture but with lively acidity.
