Very impressive wine but not yet ready for prime time.   It is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.  inky purple in color, opaque and bright.  The nose is tight in the glass but with air shows cassis, graphite, slight black olive and spice.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  On the palate, bold flavors of cassis, plums, black cherries, slight cocoa, spice and char.  Long finish.  Don't touch this for another five to ten years and then drink for twenty to thirty years after that.  Patience will be rewarded.  The classic pairing would be lamb so maybe Lamb Chops or Lamb Stew.  If drinking soon, give it a long decant.
