Tasting Notes: 
The appearance was actually tinged with brown. I even uttered aloud, "It's brown." The bouquet was fair if light, had pleasing mix of mostly pepper and light suggestion of licorice if you really howl the glass. The texutre was compact, soft. The taste was elegant, neat, and solidly raisin or fig. The finish tended towards long, spiced. The afterfinish left you drinking more in hopes of finding what you imagine could have been there.
