This is a Kosher wine blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot and 20% Shiraz from Israel.  Purple in color, mostly opaque and bright.  The nose has cassis, black raspberries, plums, green bell pepper, thyme and char.  Medium to full bodied.  Medium tannins.  Good acidity.  On the palate, this is an easy drinking red wine.  Flavors of plums, cassis and black raspberries.  Good finish.  This is nice on its own and will work with most foods.  Drink over the next few years.  it worked well on our Passover Vegetarian Seder.

Gorgeous wine.  Pale golden in color with some green flecks, clear and bright.  The nose is deep with lemon cream, vanilla, and baking spice.  Full bodied.  Light tannins.  Great balance.  On the palate, this is delicious.  Complex and deep if still young.  Flavors of lemons, lemon cream, vanilla, spice and char.  Long finish.  This is drinking well on its own and would also be a lovely match with with grilled prawns or other sea food.  drink over the next ten to fifteen years.

Nosiola is a grare that is indigenous to the Dolomites in northern Italy.  Pale straw in color, clear and bright.  The nose is fresh and inviting with pears, slight pine, white floral notes, and a whiff of spice.  Medium bodied.  Ever so slightly oily texture.  Nice balance.  On the palate, flavors of peach and a white flower/garden quality that is unique and interesting.  Good finish.  This is drinking well at age 4 but it probably should be consumed in the next few years.  Nice on its own but very food friendly, this would work well with Cheese Fondue.

Always one of my favorite Bedrock Zins.  Purple in color with a ruby rim, mostly opaque and bright.  The nose has cherries, some plums, cocoa and spice.  Medium to full bodied.  Medium tannins.  Good balance.  Nice "jelly"texture.  On the palate, this drinks easy.  Flavors of cherries, black raspberries and black pepper.  Long finish.  Drink over the next ten years.  Nice on its own.  Also, a nice choice with Pasta.
