This comes from northern Italy.  It is made from Moscato Bianco Canelli grapes.  A delightful wine that works before, during or after a meal.  Light golden in color, clear and bright with a nice froth of smaller bubbles.  The nose is nice with a bit peach,  slight honey, but also an interesting "wheat grain" note.  Medium bodied.  Good acidity.  On the palate, this is sweet.  It is lower in alcohol (7% abv) but with a nice acidity that works with the sweetness.  Flavors of slight peach and underlying minerality.  It will work well with fried appetizers, Roasted Squash and of course, biscotti or less sweet desserts.  Drink over the next couple of years.  It is a specific wine style but given its price, such a nice value for people who can appreciate a sweet wine.
