This is aged 6 to 8 years in oak casks before bottling. Amber in color, clear and bright. The nose is a bit nutty with some orange peel and a bit of honey. Also some alcohol. Full bodied. On the palate, this has a nice texture. Flavors of citrus with a nutty quality. A fair amount of alcohol on the finish.
Aged over 15 years in oak. Amber in color, clear and bright. The nose is very pretty with baked apples, slight smoke, and slight vanilla. Full bodied. Very smooth. On the palate, more baked apples with slight vanilla. Slight heat. Not a beverage I drink often, but this was quite good.
Orange/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice. Nutty, slight vanilla and a "Bourbon" note. Full texture. Warmth on the palate with a smooth nuttiness. Also some warmth on the finish. A little goes a long way, but this was a nice way to end a meal.
