What’s important to know is that Domaine Bousquet faithfully turns out very good wines at reasonable prices. All the elements of Cabernet Sauvignon are evident in this bottling: black cherry, blue and black berries, light plum, sandalwood, violets, loganberry, light vanilla and dusty cocoa powder. The tannins is this particular vintage are more pronounced than in previous vintages and the balance of oak, fruit and acidity is exceptional. Farmed both organically and biodynamically, the cost of this wine belies the invaluable production methods and the ultimate quality in the bottle. The Cabernet was aged for 10 months, therefore the oak is evident, but the lush fruit is the star. ORIGIN: Uco Valley, Argentina. ALCOHOL: 14.5%
