This is a very nice Sauvignon blanc from fruit sourced in Rutherford and Pope Valley in Napa.  It sees 10% New oak, 80% Used Oak, and 10%  stainless steel.  Pale golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is very much like a Loire SB.  Not grassy, no tropical fruits just some peach with a touch of tangerine and slight minerality.  Very nice.  On the palate, this has nice acidity with lemon, tangerine and peach flavors.  Long finish.  This drinks well on its own and will work well with many foods.  Sea food, Roasted veggies or Chicken Salad would be great.  Drink over the next three to five years.
