Another great value from Bedrock. Although they make "better" Sauvignon Blancs, this is damn good and hard to beat for the money. Of course, it depends on what style of Sauvignon Blanc one may prefer. Medium golden in color with flecks of green color, clear and bright. The nose is very nice, more middle of the road in style. The nose has peaches, minerality, slight tropical fruit and slight hay. Medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, this is tasty. Clean with peach notes and slight pears. Good finish. This drinks well on its own and will work with lighter foods. It would go nicely with a White Pizza (with garlic). Drink over the next few years.
