This is an interesting wine. It is indeed a White Wine made from the Malbec grape. Presumably, the skins were removed almost immediately after crush. Pale, silvery green/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice with apples, a bit of tangerine and chervil. Medium bodied. Nice texture. On the palate, the apples come thru but there is a bit of a bitter note as well. Good finish. The wine is nice on its own but better with salty snacks. I would in no way have guessed any relation to Malbec, which is fine. This wine is light and easy drinking. Drink over the next year or two.
