Long finish. This drinks well on its own and would be excellent with a wide variety of foods. Thai foods would go well if not too spicy. Drink over the next five to seven years.

Slightly oily/velvety texture. Good acidity. Dry. On the palate, this is very lively. Limes, slight herbal note and minerals. Long finish. This drinks so easily on its own but will work well with foods. Of course, Wiener Schnitzel, but also some good ole Texas Chili would work well. Drink over the next 8 to twelve years.
Bought off the list a Heuriger Zimmerman in Vienna, Austria. Light golden in color with some green hues, clear and bright. The nose is great with limes, white pepper and minerality. medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, limes and green apples with a bit of salinity. Lively. Nice finish. This is delicious and drinks easily with a wider variety of foods. It would be great with Schnitzel. Drink over the next five to eight years.
