2021 FIOL Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry,, Italy, Prosecco DOC, Wine Review

This has 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) blended into 85% Glera. Light salmon pink in color, clear and bright with a nice mousse of small-ish bubbles.  The nose is clean with some minerality and plenty of fruit; strawberries, some raspberries and a bit of rhubarb.  Medium bodied.  Frothy.  On the palate, this is slightly sweet with cherries, raspberries and strawberries.  Very refreshing.  A nice streak of minerality on the finish.  This drinks nicely on its own but is also very food friendly.  This would be great with popcorn but also fired appetizers.  Drink now.  For my colleague Michael Cervin's note on this wine, look here: https://www.intowine.com/reviews?region=&varietal=&uid=Loren+Sonkin%2C+M...
