This is a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero grapes made in an extrad dry style (which means a bit sweeter than Brut). Pale pink in color with lots of smaller bubbles. On the nose, there are cranberries, and rhubarb with some Fuji apple notes. The palate turns more to cherries with good acidity. Long finish. This is pretty much dry. Very nice on its own, it will work well with lighter salads. Drink over the next couple years.

On the palate, there is nice acidity. Slightly sweet. Cherries and strawberries. A lingering finish. An enjoyable Prosecco with some depth as well. Very nice on its own, this should work well with food. It would go nicely with roasted turkey or duck. Drink over the next couple of years.
This is a Prosecco from the Friuli region in northeast Italy. It is made from 85% Glera and 15% other grapes including Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. Silvery green/gold in color. Some medium bubbles make a nice frothy head. On the nose, limes, minerals and lanolin along with a bit of sweaty earthiness give it a nice nose. On the palate, the fruit shifts to a more tart green apple note. Good acidity. Nice frothy mouth-feel. This has a sweet and sour quality that is enjoyable. Very food friendly. This drinks well on its own, but will work very well with salty or fried foods.
I preferred this version to the regular version although both are good. This seems to have more weight and complexity but your mileage may vary. A very nice Prosecco. 11% abv according to the label. 100% Glera grapes. Silvery gold in color, very foamy with lots of small bubbles. Lots of effervescence. On the nose plenty of limes, some golden delicious apples and minerality. Crisp. Refreshing. Medium bodied. Dry. On the palate, apples and minerality. Nice finish. Very clean. This drinks easily on its own and is very food friendly. A nice way to start an evening with a classic artichoke dip but also Sushi if looking to change it up. Try to buy the freshest bottles that you can.
This Prosecco is made from 85% Glera and 15% Chardonnay grapes. Silvery gold in color with a nice mousse of medium sized bubbles. The nose has a pleasant yeasty quality to it along with golden apples, and slight ginger notes. Medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, there is a hint of sweetness as this comes across as off-dry. Apples with a touch of honey and slight ginger. Long finish. This is nice on its own and worked with with fried appetizers. Drink over the next few years.
