2021 Domaine Bousquet Gran Cabernet Sauvignon , Argentina, Mendoza, Uco Valley, Wine Review

This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (I believe the 2022 has 15% Malbec) from Argentina made from organic grapes.  Purple/ruby in color, mostly opaque and bright.  The nose is classic "Bordeaux" with cassis, cigar box, spice and slight milk chocolate.  Full bodied.  Medium tannins.  On the palate, there is some complexity with flavors of cassis, spice and chocolate.  Good acidity and balance.  Nice finish.  This is drinking well now but may still develop more.  Drink over the next ten years.  It is nice on its own but a bit better with food.  A nice wine with a bowl of Chili for a cold winter day.  A really nice value.
