Purple in color with some ruby hues, opaque and bright. The nose is a bit lighter with black raspberries, white pepper and slight clay. Medium to full bodied. On the palate, black raspberries with some char. Good finish. This is a bit lighter in style and makes for easy drinking over the next five to eight years. A nice wine with a burger.

On the palate, lush texture with lots of black raspberry fruit. Long finish. This is drinking well now and should continue for another ten to twelve years. This was a very popular wine among friends. Inky purple in color. The nose has black raspberries, roasted herbs, slight roasted meats and black pepper. On the palate, juicy black raspberry fruit. Slightly jammy. A bit sweet. "Old school" Australian Shiraz but within reason. Not over blown for the style. This will need big and/or spicy food. It also works very nice as a cocktail wine.
