This is a blend of 70% Viura, 20% Garnacha Blanca, and 10% Tempranillo Blanco from Spain.  Ten percent of the wine is aged under a neutral flor (similar to Sherry, a covering of yeast cells).  The resulting wine is a bit richer while still retaining a crispness.  Golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose has vanilla, spice, ginger and some Meyer lemon.  Medium bodied.  Good balance.  Light tannins.  On the palate, vanilla, spice and some lemons with crisp acidity.  Some ginger on the finish.  This is nice on its own but would be better with some food.  Seafood would work but perhaps a roasted acorn squash (soup?) would be even better.  Drink over the next few years.
